- Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a service fee.
- Refunds are only applicable if a service is not delivered as agreed or is cancelled by us.

- Inform us in advance about any special requirements, restrictions, or safety concerns.
- Pets and children should be kept away from work areas for safety reasons.
5. Liability
We take great care in our work. However, Air Care Expert Dubai is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by pre-existing conditions of your AC system or property.
- Failure of service due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
